The welding process of the erw pipe is to use the skin-receiving principle generated by the high-frequency current to heat the edge of the hot-rolled coil to a molten state, and then perform welding by a mechanical extrusion method. Hot dip galvanizing: A thin steel sheet immersed in a molten zinc bath to deposit a layer of zinc on its surface. Currently, the main production method is continuous galvanizing, in which rolled steel sheets are continuously immersed in a molten zinc bath to produce galvanized steel sheets.

Commonly known as color-coated steel sheet, it is made of high quality cold-rolled steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or aluminium galvanized steel sheet as the substrate. After surface degreasing, phosphating and chromate treatment conversion, it is coated with organic paint and baked.
