You can use simple calculations. 
1. Ask the mill for the length

2.Measure the thickness and width of the Steel Sheet

3. Knowing that the steel density is 7,850 kg/m³

4. Calculate the volume (V) using the formula 
V=length × width × thickness

The weight (m) is then calculated as m=density×V

 For example, if the steel plate's length is 2440mm, thickness is 0.73 mm, and width is 1220 mm, the estimated weight per pcs is approximately 17.059kgs.
