PPGI Steel Coil
Commonly known as color-coated steel sheet, it is made of high quality cold-rolled steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or aluminium galvanized steel sheet as the substrate. After surface degreasing, phosphating and chromate treatment conversion, it is coated with organic paint and baked.
It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, bright colours and good durability. Widely used in fields such as construction, home appliances, decoration and automobiles.
The strength of colour steel plate depends on the substrate material and thickness, and its durability depends on the coating (galvanised amount 318g/m2) and surface coating. Coatings include polyester (PE), silicone resin (SMP), high weather resistant polyester (HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), etc. The coating thickness reaches 25um or more, and the coating structure includes two coatings and one drying, two coatings and two drying, etc. The maintenance-free service life can be 20-30 years depending on the environment and atmosphere.
