Galvannealed coating (ZF) is a zinc-iron alloy coating featuring excellent resistance welding properties and paint adhesion. It is ideal coating for spot welding and high-end painting applications.

Tinplate is a thin steel sheet coated by tin. It has an extremely beautiful metallic luster as well as excellent properties in corrosion resistance, solderability, and weldability.

Tinplate is used for making all types of containers such as food cans, beverage cans, 18-liter cans, and artistic cans. Its applications are not limited to containers; recently, tinplate has also been used for making electrical machinery parts and many other products.

Hot dip Aluminized / Aluminium-Silicon(AS) coating steel is application of an Aluminium-Silicon coating by immersing the prepared strip in a molten bath of Aluminium-Silicon. The composition of the bath is 8% to 11% silicon and the balance aluminium.

The alloy coating of galvanized aluminum magnesium steel plate is made of zinc (Zn), aluminum (Al), magnesium (Mg) after high temperature curing to form a dense ternary eutectic structure, so that the surface of the steel plate to form a layer of dense, effective corrosion prevention super coating.The 275g/M2 Zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy plating plate produced by our factory can be guaranteed not to appear red rust in 30 years under normal processing and use conditions. According to the characteristics of Zinc-aluminum-magnesium, it can completely replace hot dip galvanized products and the use of part of stainless steel.

electro-galvanization employs an electric current to deposit dissolved zinc onto the surface of the material to be plated. This method offers uniform coating thickness and decorative properties, making it a preferred choice for various applications. However, unlike hot-dip galvanization, electro-galvanized materials typically undergo chromate treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and prevent white powdery corrosion formation.

Galvanized sheet： In order to prevent corrosion on the surface of the steel sheet and to prolong its service life, a layer of metallic zinc is applied to the surface of the steel sheet.

Hot dip galvanizing: A thin steel sheet immersed in a molten zinc bath to deposit a layer of zinc on its surface. Currently, the main production method is continuous galvanizing, in which rolled steel sheets are continuously immersed in a molten zinc bath to produce galvanized steel sheets.

Electrogalvanized steel codes combine three elements:  

1. Base metal grade (e.g., SPCC, SPCD)  
2. Process identifier "E" (electrogalvanized)  
3. Zinc coating specification (type/mass)  

They are widely popular in industries such as construction, light industry, automobiles, agriculture and commerce.
